Make and play with a pinata!
Let's see how our students enjoy the game of hitting their handmade pinata to get the candy inside it. What an interesting part of STEAM project this week!
A. Steps to make a pinata:
1. Prepare some materials: a balloon, used newspaper, flour, water
2. Blow the balloon big enough
3. Mix flour with water to make the glue
4. Use the glue to stick the pieces of newspaper to the balloon (3 or layers)
5. Let the pinata dry in 2 days
B. Steps to play the game with a pinata:
1. Put some candy inside the pinata and hang it up high
2. Cover the students' eyes
3. Turn them around
4. Give them instructions to get closer to the pinata
5. Students hit the pinata until it breaks and lets the candy come out
